Program Schedule
A top-level program schedule is provided. This schedule defines what we will need to accomplish in order to meet our goal of completing our first full-blown award program in 2008 and 2009. Comprehensive scheduling for APEX is done using Microsoft Project; only the top level of detail is shown here. Most of our work in 2008 involves reviewing and updating our processes that were developed during our pilot year as well as executing a successful award program.

Program Status
We use a Balanced ScoreCard (BSC) to capture top-level performance of the program. Measures are weighted each quarter based upon inputs from the Board of Overseers. Metrics on the BSC come from our Plan-On-a-Page (POP) which captures monthly status of our action plans. The POP identifies actions by month, who is responsible for the action and performance to plan. Since Action Plans are part of our Strategic Plan we can link our monthly progress to meeting our Vision and Mission.
